We are looking for an experienced freelance Senior Call Agent who can strengthen our team with a focus on outbound presales activities via the telephone.

As a Senior Outbound Call Agent you are responsible for approaching potential customers by telephone via cold calling. You play a crucial role in building new customer relationships by initiating conversations, asking open questions and making quality agreements for the customer's sales team.

Actively approaching cold leads via telephone to initiate new business relationships. Effectively communicating our customers' value proposition to their potential targets. Asking open-ended questions to identify the needs and interests of potential customers. Scheduling quality appointments for the sales team of the customer.Record and maintain all customer interactions and activities in Excel (or their CRM system) and brief this at the end of the calling day.Provide feedback to the sales team to develop lead generation strategies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in an outbound call center or similar environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to ask open questions and start a conversation and relationship. Proven track record in successfully generating leads and making quality appointments. Independence and perseverance. Good computer skills.
